Giving Back

Muchacha Power is committed to supporting the education and empowerment of girls and women in the Dominican Republic. A portion of each sale goes back to the community in supporting women from La Cienega de Cabarete, Dominican Republic.  

In July 2018, Muchacha Power opened its taller or workshop, to the women of La Cienega as a safe and welcoming space where they can come together, support each other and produce their own projects. Sewing classes are free to the community and members can use the machines for their own projects.
